For many women, organising work outfits each morning can be another reason to curse during the chaos and mayhem that can surround preparing
to leave the house.
Whether you have children or not, plenty can happen on this time-strict daily scene that can leave you rushing for the door.
And with everything else that’s going on each morning, there’s scant time to spend styling work outfits for most
women.
And during the morning mayhem is not the time to be standing in front of a very full closet and declaring, ‘I have nothing to
wear!’.
To solve this problem, you need a capsule wardrobe for work; a collection of pieces that cooperate with each other, are easy to style,
versatile, and provide outfits that leave you feeling comfortable, confident and chic.

Recently, I put a question out to my followers on Instagram asking what sort of outfits they’d like to see; what events they
needed help dressing for.
There were quite a few different responses, but the most frequent was looks for the office. And more specifically, casual office outfits.
And although a lot of the outfit ideas I share below are more relaxed women's work outfits, they can also be dressed up with the
simple addition of heels, jewellery, a belt and other accessories such as a silk scarf.
Plus, I’m not suggesting that the clothes you wear to work can’t be worn outside office hours.
The pieces I've shared to create the 29 office outfits you'll find below are all pieces that you can style for out-of-the-office looks as
well.
There’s very little in the modern wardrobe that can’t cover more than one agenda.
Also, with most of the outfits I’ve shared there are little variations you can make that will totally change the look.
For example, you might swap heels for sneakers, flat sandals for heeled sandals, a t-shirt for a blouse, and so on.
